Long term speaking, there are few hobbies I love more than BJJ. The people I met through this community are some of the kindest and most hardworking. Although far from rainbows and butterflies (a tough sport especially for my body type), BJJ pulled me out of the darkest periods of my life. I am incredibly grateful that I had the courage to step on the mats in 2022 during COVID, and never left since.
